End Result: 14:07 / This was a painful workout, considering my arms were quite sore from the burpee pull-ups on Monday. Also, getting ready to do the chipper after the MBSC? Ouch. Legs were really burnt out already; I also realized, with a cue from Coach Jordan, that I was not getting down as far + quick during my wall balls, which usually isn't a problem. Looking back, I'm sure it was from doing so many MBSC in a short amount of time..
Skill Programming: None. Arms were burnt out, and a lot of my skill work for this week revolved around arms/upper body. I made a promise to myself to try and make it up before the week's end.
Sleep/Nutrition / No comment, really. Still waiting to hear back from ETP. Sleep is still low; need to be better about establishing a nighttime routine where I can get to bed earlier.
